Write to the desk

This page is for corrections, questions about what we publish and requests for clarification. It is not a support channel for anyone's casino account, and the desk cannot act on an account, a deposit, a withdrawal or a bonus dispute.

Corrections get looked at first

If a figure on the site is wrong, tell us which page and which line. The desk treats corrections to published numbers ahead of general correspondence, because a wrong return figure or a wrong bonus condition misleads people who are deciding how to spend money. Point us at the source you are relying on and we will check it against what we published.

We do not print an email address in the body of this page; the address appears separately so it can be updated without rewriting the text. Write from an address you can receive replies at, and keep the message short. If the correction is accepted, we amend the page rather than argue the point in an email thread.

We cannot help with account issues

We cannot see, open, freeze, credit or close anyone's casino account. The site does not hold player funds and is not the operator of any game. If your query is about a pending withdrawal, a locked account, a bonus that was not credited or a dispute over a wager, the desk you need is the operator's own support team, reached through the cashier or the help link on the site where you hold the account.

The same applies to our partner. Mentioning the partner in an email to this desk does not route the message anywhere useful, and we cannot pass instructions to them on your behalf. We write about published terms and figures; we do not administer them.

What the desk can reasonably answer

We can explain how a figure on the site was arrived at, what a term in a bonus condition is generally taken to mean, and where a published rule comes from. We can also correct our own wording where it has been unclear. We cannot give advice on whether to deposit, how much to stake, or which game to play, and we will not suggest a method for beating a game.

A return figure is a long-run average across a very large number of spins. It is not a prediction for a session, and no session is obliged to move towards it. Where we say that on the site, we mean it plainly, and the desk will not soften it in a reply.

Privacy and what happens to your message

Messages to the desk are read by the editorial team and kept only as long as needed to deal with the correction or question. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list and we do not sell contact details. Anything you send is handled in line with the privacy statement published on this site, which sets out the basis on which personal information is collected and held.

Do not send account numbers, passwords, card details or identity documents. The desk has no use for them and cannot act on them. If you need to discuss an account, that conversation belongs with the operator, not with us.

Before you press send

Check that the issue is about something we published: a figure, a definition, a description of a bonus condition or a claim about how a game works. Include the page name and the sentence you are querying. Vague messages take longer to answer because we have to guess what was read.

If you are writing about a problem with money already on an account, stop and contact the operator instead. We would rather tell you that now than have you wait on a reply from a desk that cannot help with it.

Tone and replies

Write as you would to any editorial desk. Abusive messages are not answered. We do not negotiate over the site's conclusions, but we do change them when the figures or the published terms do not support what we wrote.

Replies come from the editorial team, not from a marketing address, and we do not send promotional material in response to a correction. If a reply is delayed, it is usually because the point needs checking against source material rather than because the message was missed.

Email: contact@dragonsriches-au.com. We answer editorial corrections first — if a figure on this site is wrong, say which page and we will check it against the source.

Questions

Can the desk help me get a withdrawal released?

No. The site does not hold player funds and cannot instruct any operator. Contact the support team for the account where the withdrawal is pending.

I think a return figure on one of your pages is wrong. What should I include?

Send the page name, the sentence and the source you are relying on. Corrections to published figures are dealt with before general correspondence.
